Exchange and Return Policy

Exchange & Return Period
Customers have the right to request an exchange or return within 7 days from the date of receiving the order, in accordance with the regulations followed in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
Exchange & Return Conditions
To approve an exchange or return request, the following conditions must be met:
- The product must be in its original condition and unused.
- The product must include all original accessories and packaging.
- Proof of purchase must be provided (order number or invoice).
- The request must be submitted within 7 days from the delivery date.
Non-Returnable Cases
Products cannot be returned or exchanged in the following cases:
- If the product has been used or damaged after delivery.
- If the original packaging or product labels have been removed.
- For customized or made-to-order products.
- After 7 days from the delivery date.
Damaged or Incorrect Products
If you receive a damaged product or an item different from what you ordered, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the order and attach photos showing the issue. The request will be reviewed and the product will be replaced without any additional charges.
Shipping Fees
- If the return is due to a store error or a defective product, the store will cover all shipping costs.
- If the return is requested by the customer, shipping fees may be deducted.
Refund Process
Once the return request is approved, the refund will be issued through the same payment method used during the purchase within 5–7 business days.
